Review order before purchasing. 
No cancellation of orders for refund.

All items are inspected before shipping, our staff wrap all items with care for shipping. If an item is damaged during transit we will try replacing that item, if item is no longer available a refund will be issued. 

To complete your replacement of damage item, send picture of item within three days of receiving item from delivery confirmation to: shopfancy5jewels@gmail.com 

After three days items will not replaced.
